     Lisa Lee Smith is the founding senior partner of Smith & Sullivan, LLC.  Lisa is a real estate, probate/planning and civil litigation attorney with vast experience representing diverse clients (individuals, couples, families, fiduciaries, small & large businesses, governmental entities, and insurance companies) in the private practice of law since graduating from law school in 1995.   Lisa’s practice includes all areas of Real Estate Law – including contract negotiations, real property counsel & litigation, residential transactions, commercial transactions & title insurance.  Lisa serves as a mediator, arbitrator and special referee for cases and matters that would otherwise be decided in the State Civil Courts or Probate Courts.  Lisa represents clients dealing with the probate administration process and in preparation of their own wills and other estate planning documents.  Lisa’s practice areas also include trial representation of clients in State and Federal Trial Courts in South Carolina, including the courts of the Master-in-Equity. 
     Lisa values her experience, leadership and involvement in professional organizations.  She is a Past President of the Lexington County Bar Association and is very active in the South Carolina Bar Association as a member of the House of Delegates, and a current member and a past-chair of the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. Previously, Lisa also served on the Professional Responsibility Committee, the Professional Potential Task Force, the Judicial Qualifications Committee and the Law Related Education Committee.  Lisa is a member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and its Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
     Lisa is very involved in her community and enjoys serving others through her involvement as a member of the Rotary Club of Chapin Sunrise, where she is a Past President.  Lisa current serves as as Assistant Governor for Rotary District 7770, Area 3.  For many years, Lisa enjoyed her work as a volunteer and troop leader for Girl Scouts in the Irmo - Chapin area and as an ambassador for a disaster relief non-profit organization called ShelterBox USA ( 
     Lisa is married to her Irmo High School sweetheart, Pauley Smith, and they are raising three wonderful children who attend the Chapin area schools of School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties.  In her free time, Lisa enjoys music, art, reading and traveling.
